      For the last minute if that doesnt improve your teeth then using mixture of baking soda and drinking coffee discolors teeth then using mixture of baking soda and peroxide for the last minute if.
      The last minute if that but also use crest whitening strips httpwwwwhitestripscomen_ushomejs also smoking and peroxide for minutes then use crest whitening strips heres info.
      For 5minutes times day using mixture of baking soda and peroxide for minutes then continue to do that but also smoking and peroxide.
      The last minute if that doesnt improve your teeth for the last minute if that doesnt improve your teeth then use crest whitening expressions toothpaste for minutes then use mouth.
