Are there any foods that make your teeth whiter by keeping your enamel healthy?

January 11th, 2009 | by admin |
I AM ME!!! asked:

i want to whiten my teeth naturally, without whitening strips or going to the dentist. I asked a question about baking soda, but someone said that baking soda is REALLY bad for your enamel, so what can i do to make my teeth whiter at home?

Drink a lot of whole milk. Baking soda shouldnt hurt your teeth

Soft drinks and sugary drinks arent good though.

I think that drinking like a glass of milk daily will make your teeth & enamel stronger and make them whiter…

Hmm…stop drinking sodas and coffees and eat more fruits and vegetables. Use whitening toothpaste. Your teeth should be whiter in about a week.
