Are there any safe teeth whitening formulas?

I currently use total w/ whitening but im wondering if there is something else that doesnt damage ure teeth? Im sure none of them are 100% safe but if anyone had any success with anything let me know

    Well even if there is something okish i suggest just not using anything really just brushing your teeth 3 times a day (if you do it properly) will whiten your teeth anyway and teeth whitener takes of the enamel and after a while you’ll find your teeth are worse then when you started!
