Is it okay to use Listerine whitening strips twice a day, Lisertine whitening mouthwash, and Crest and/or Colgate whitening toothpaste, or would all these products make my teeth go bad?

The best whitening mixture just be to mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and brush with the tooth enamel it after using crest expressions toothpaste along with the tooth enamel and hydrogen peroxide and brush with it after using.

The grems in your teeth use peroxide couple times day it will work it will work it may take little longer then all the same time and less likely to get sick too hope this helps.
