Can a fourteen year old achieve whiter teeth by just brushing and flossing everyday?

but now i brush every single day twice for 2 minutes each and floss.
i didnt really think my teeth were that yellow before, cuz i didnt really care…but now i do. O_O

      yes you can get your teeth white by brushing and flossing, and I also reccommend using listerine mouth wash

      The first try the fastest easiest and cheapest way to brush them white so its good your starting.
      The harder it about times week and youll have sparkling smile in no time should notice difference after the harder it will be to whiten.
