      After meal try to risne with water and salt. Salt helps to clean and keeps teeth strong.

      You should try baking soda with a pinch of salt and little bit of water to form a foam and just use it like tooth paste…. If that doesn’t work try strawberry and just rub it all over your teeth hope that helps
