How often is it safe to use teeth-whitening strips?

Sunny asked:

I used Crest WhiteStrips about 7 months ago, and now I want my teeth whiter again so I want to use them again. Is 7 months in between enough time to use them again? How often is it safe to use teeth-whitening strips?

I think once every 6 months is ok, but if your teeth or gums get sensitive, stop using them.

They can be used once every 6 months, but once a year is best.
