i want whiter teeth. My teeth are healthy but theyre sort of stained. I used Crest whitening toothpaste. I brush in the morning+mouthwash. then i brush at night+floss. now, i dont see any difference. it feels clean, but not brighter. i dont want to buy anything. i just want whiter teeth maybe by using home remedies or colgate toothpaste and stuff like that.

      Stop drinking brown beverages like coffee, coke, tea. Stop smoking. (I drink coffee and smoke.) Try baking soda. Peroxide helps too-spit it out-don’t drink it.
