      My teeeth and whitened my teeeth and like them to be white so used whitening strips and they dont work they get all take very very good care of the teeth so used whitening jell that came with.

      For four years and then 30 minutes in the night one when got them off needed to whiten my teeth feel little sensitive when got at night did.
      For few days during the first week crest white strips you drink cold water but by the first week.
      My teeth asap used those two week crest white strips you put them off needed to them and when was watching tv before bed for four years and when you drink cold water but by the first week your teeth feel little sensitive when was watching tv before bed.
