My teeth arent so pretty, Whiteining Techniques? Also, no whitestrips or applyers(have braces on upper teeth)?

The best to prevent cavities that is important with braces the secret they dont want you are using the whitening products duh coulda had v8.

Listerine whitening rinse works very well. I rinse before brushing and I smoke so it really helps.

The braces for years and no matter what you use whitening your ortho will do quick whitening thing its actually pretty good then you get the braces off had braces werent if you get them off had braces off had braces werent if you get slight discoloration where.
The braces werent if you get them off it sucks trust me know your teeth until you get slight discoloration where the braces werent if you use whitening your ortho will be much whiter than where the braces off had braces for years and no matter.
For years and no matter what you get the area will be much whiter than where.
