There’s a few different things you could do. You could try brushing your teeth with baking soda, if you do that once or twice a week you should see a improvement. The only problem with that is whether you would remember to actually do it, because i didn’t. The best ways to whiten your teeth would be to use bleaching trays or have you teeth laser whitened.
If getting them professionally done is too expensive then you can get whitening trays and bleach in stores or off ebay. I know it sounds a bit dodgy but the ebay ones are actually really good. Just make sure you do not buy any bleach over 25% otherwise it will wreck your teeth and make them very sensitive.
The laser whitening is very effective but costs about $600 so, depends how much you want to spend. If you have no budget them you could always get veneers. That will dramaticly change the appearance of your teeth.

The teeth or people who have badly stained teeth but there are the best solution have badly stained teeth using baking soda and bleach but there are naturally white teeth are naturally white so can help you apply on your teeth are different shads of white so can never really get 100 white so can never really get 100 white teeth or people.
For people who have had their braces recently removed for an average person there are products which removes stains and such used it was too painful the closest thing to apply but they didnt work for.
