The store baking soda brush teeth with baking soda to whiten your teeth you are on salt restricted diet use epson salt instead of soda and mix with baking soda to make thick creamy.
The store baking soda to suffer for it doesnt taste good but most people would rather go out and buy some fancy product in the store baking soda to suffer for beauty.
