i dont want to go to the dentist to get my teeth whitened, when there is some way to just do it at home. I have hear that you can you proxid but i am not sure is there a better way?

Tooth paste and toothbrush. but baking soda and peroxide paste is good. Just don’t swallow it!

Well a good thing to do is buy some nice “Whitening” toothpaste. Brush with that 2 or 3 times daily, and after a period of time, you should start to see your teeth shading become whiter.

For me either but found this product called nutrabrite and it works great for me either but found this product called nutrabrite and it works great you can use peroxide guess but found this product called nutrabrite and those didnt work great.
