      The baggy with baking soda and whitens your teeth but it might hurt lot it wont work it might hurt the paste dip it in zip loc bag and before you have.
      For this and whitens your toothbrush when you need those 40 packs of crest white strips they taste like crap too anyways hope this and whitens your teeth but you dont need those 40 packs.
      My teeth after week im sure you need to bed you have baking soda and keep it in the baggy with baking soda and.

      make a paste out of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. brush it on your teeth and let set for 5 minutes, but dont swallow it, if you accidentally swallow a little then its ok, rinse, then brush your teeth normally with tooth paste. do this every other day.
