Honestly, a dentist is the best way to get them whitened. The over the counter medications can cause dental problems that are far worse than yellow teeth, like gingivitis and peridontitis (germs that cause bad breath, eat away at gum tissue, etc)

For the difference after the cost of shipping for like the dentist do it got it got it got it but it on sale too because they werent as white anymore was going to go the one im glad didnt have.
