I would defintly recommend Crest Whitestrips because they are high in quality and do a great ob whitening. And also it says it won’t harm your enamel on your teeth. Also whatever one you choose just make sure it says doesn’t harm your enamel, because some brands can be to abrasive on you. Keep smiling
