What is the best teeth-whitening system that doesn’t involve a dentist visit?

I’m trying to find out what is the best teeth-whitening system without going to the dentist for a professional whitening. I’m researching for my fiance, who is in the Marines. Because he doesn’t have the time, as well as all the amount of paperwork he would need to file to get a whitening done, we want to find something over-the-counter. He has really sensitive gums, so I’m nervous for him to use the white-strips. Do the trays seem to work better? Or is there another product someone could recommend? Any suggestions would be great…thanks!

The trays will effect the gums more than white strips because the gel that goes into them will have more contact with the gums. The white strips are the best method without seeing a dentist.

Other than that, whitening toothpaste and using baking soda when you brush can help. The baking soda method i wouldnt do more than a few times a week because it can be abrasive on the teeth.

Im using crest white strips advanced seal and they work pretty good.

I drink way too much coffee and started to get stressed out when they weren’t as white anymore. I was going to go the dentist to have him do it but it was ridiculously expensive. So I looked for forever and I finally found a kit that’s just like the one the dentist uses with the mold and injection. It works amazing and fast, I could see the difference after the first one ! I’m glad I didn’t have the dentist do it. I got it on sale too because they were having a trial where you get to try it for the cost of shipping for like 6 bucks here’s the website.

there are homemade treatments of professional teeth whitening brands that use the trays.
but the common side effect of teeth bleaching is tooth sensitivity.
the only other method is the brush on thing, but you have to do it at night.
teeth bleaching is seemingly the best method.
the sensitivity side effect ranges from meaningless pain to extreme, but it all fades away days after.
i guess the whitening strips may be the best?
