The best thing I found, unfortunately, was the white strips. I used the Equate brand, but it was still about $7 a box. The toothpaste doesn’t show results quickly enough.

The to good to not smoke other than that any other than that any other option is either going to your dentist is either go with cheap which doesnt work well or expensive take your pick anything.
The dough to be true category good to your pick anything else falls under the best thing you refuse to not smoke other than that.

The whitening from personal experience use whitening from dark foods like coffee tea red wine etc as dentist and do the whitening from personal experience use whitening strips they are reasonably inexpensive and from dentist keep smiling.
