Try this at once. Take half table-spoon salt instead of any paste, clean your teeth and see in the mirror your whitening teech. All the best!

For weeks then sprinkle lot of baking soda on the best and wet it does work the wet brush and it with hydrogen peroxide then sprinkle lot of baking soda on the best and brush and cheap start by doing this days week for weeks then you only have to do.
