Thanks guys. My teeth are sensitive so how did you use hydrogen peroxide and baking soda? Did you just brush your teeth with it, rinse your teeth with it…?

might want to try baking soda,use water and put it on your toothbrush until it gets paste. then brush your teeth with it. also white strips work well in three days.

All the answers here are good, so I’ll just add that getting a regular dental cleaning every 6 months definitely helps keep your teeth whiter, and for longer. And, I’ve found that my whitening toothpastes usually do really seem to work at least a little. Right now I use Crest Sensitivity With Scope Whitening toothpaste.
Also, brush twice a day, if not after every meal. It gets the stuff off your teeth that causes discoloration in the first place.
