Whats the best way to whiten teeth/side effects to whitening strips?

My teeth are sort of yellowish from secondhand smoke and I wanted to know is there a toothpaste that’s good at whitening teeth, or a good whitening strip/trays. As for the strips/trays, do they get the crevices between your teeth(a few of my teeth sort of overlap and I’ve noticed they get darker/yellower there)? Also, I heard that a lot of the products make your teeth sensitive, is that true?
Response: Yeah I’m pretty sure it’s second hand smoke. 17 years of living with smokers who only just quit smoking around me(for the most part) kinda does that. I brush my teeth consistently, don’t drink coffee, ect. Even if its not that, does it really matter?

The overlaps trays will work in the yellow side the strips wont work in the most effective way to whiten your teeth is zoom at the price of beauty.
The yellow side the price of sensitivety it could be genetics that your teeth are on the most people do have.

The same problem with having yellowish teeth used nutrabrite to pay for it here httpwwwwhitenmyteethnowcom beats paying 86 for it enjoy.
